Nestled near the mountains of Colorado is a little town with a big secret. Most of the citizens think Asher Valley is one of those safe little communities that people migrate to so they can escape the hustle and bustle of the big city. The citizens feel perfectly safe walking down the streets after dark and allowing their kids to ride their bikes through the winding bike trails in the forest. Nothing really bad ever happens here, after all.
Little do the residents know that their little town is divided. Deep in the surrounding woods and up near the edge of the mountains live creatures that most humans believe are just myth. Werewolves have existed in the area for over two centuries now. Two very different and distinct packs have set up their homes in the area. Lykaios, the oldest pack in the area, are a ragtag band of misfits that live in a oversized lodge-home in the forest. The Conall pack are the new wolves in town and live up near the mountains and are a more ridged, structured pack of wolves. They're very reclusive and like to keep to themselves. Their members consist of strictly bitten wolves.
So far, both packs have managed to live in harmony. They have their territories and they stick to them. Now, however, a mutual threat has moved into town. They call themselves hunters and these humans spend their time wandering the woods, mountain areas, and even the town looking for one of these creatures. With a mutual enemy to worry about, will both packs be able to work together to keep their secret and themselves safe?
