shadowclan makes their camp in a shallow dip beneath a copse of pine trees. it is sheltered by the overhanging branches and thick gorse and brambles that keep the camp out of sight. dens are made amongst the dense bramble thickets that litter the small clearing.

at the edge of shadowclan territory lies an occupied twoleg nest where several kittypets make their home. most cats tend to avoid coming here. the twolegs don't bother shadowclan - they have left dry kittypet food out more than once after spying cats in the forest - but the kittypets there are hostile and on more than one occasion have tried picking a fight.

two twoleg paths run straight through shadowclan territory from the greenleaf place to the lakeshore. cats are cautioned to keep well away from these paths during newleaf and greenleaf, as twolegs use the paths often. the place reeks of twolegs, so prey tends to keep its distance.
