the cats of the moorland make their home in a shallow scoop of land between two hills. the camp is undefended naturally, so the clan must rely on its own warriors and strength to defend it should they come under attack. there are few dens in the camp. the elders sleep in an abandoned badger set, while the nursery is located amid a patch of gorse. all other cats sleep outside if the weather permits it - if not, they make their dens in old rabbit warrens. the medicine cat den is located in the crevice between two large boulders.
